Shanae works both as a Clinical Coordinator and Front Office Coordinator, collaborating closely with the team to make sure patients receive the best care the clinic can offer.
“Not many people can say that they love their job but let me tell you I LOVE MY JOB. I love coming to work everyday, we are a very busy dental clinic so I am never bored and as a bonus, everyone I work with here are amazing people who make it such a great place to work.”
When not at work, Shanae enjoys stand-up paddleboarding with her husband, taking her dogs on hikes or staying at home being a homebody.
Elizabeth recently moved to the dental field which she says is one of the best decisions she has ever made.
“I feel very blessed to be working alongside the amazing team that we have here at QVC. My goal is for each patient to be welcomed in to a warm and friendly environment that is relaxing yet professional. I hope to address any concerns and take time to answer questions.”
Elizabeth and her family moved to Australia almost 10 years ago from Scotland, embracing Australian Culture and proudly becoming Australian Citizens. Outside of work, she enjoys long walks with their Spoodle Lyla, dining out for breakfast with her family, and a little bit of retail therapy too.
Olivia has a Certificate IV in Dental Assisting, and it's her personal goal to make every patient she sees feel comfortable, understood, and most importantly – better!
“Dentistry has always been close to me; my parents both dealt with a great deal of dental health issues as I grew up, and so I got to see first-hand just how massively a person's dental health can impact their life. Whether you're in pain, anxious, worrying about an aspect of your smile, or just in need of a filling or a clean, I want you to leave our practice feeling better, and I'll always do my best to work with you to achieve that.”
Outside of work, Olivia is an avid collector – particularly of interesting minerals and rocks – and a comic book enthusiast. She also enjoys astronomy, video games, and spending time with friends and family in her wonderful local community.
